Poncho Request Form

Cape Ivy is excited to partner with other nonprofits. We have provided ponchos to other small nonprofits who donate ponchos along with other gifts and trinkets to children receiving medical care. We have also worked with service organizations who have sponsored ponchos for their local hospital.

We ask only for a donation to Cape Ivy that covers our cost of the ponchos, which is $10 per poncho.

Who Will Benefit?

If the ponchos will be donated to a hospital, what is the name/location? Or are ponchos are for individual distribution to children with illnesses? For example, local Lions Clubs have supported their local hospital. Small nonprofits have either donated the ponchos with other items to their local hospital or donate to individual children through events and/or care packages.
