Helping Hands partners ABC7 and Easterns Automotive Group teamed up to surprise Meg, co-founder, with a $1,500 donation. A reporter from ABC 7 in Washington, DC requested an interview with Cape Ivy, as a follow-up to a story from 2019. At the end of the interview, Meg was presented with the check. She was very surprised! Next week ABC7 in Washington, DC will feature a story during the Wednesday evening news.
